Lil Kesh, whose real name is Keshinro Ololade, is a Nigerian rapper, singer, and songwriter. He was born on March 14, 1995, in Bariga, Lagos State, Nigeria. Lil Kesh gained prominence in the Nigerian music industry after releasing his hit single “Shoki” in 2014, which became a nationwide anthem and popularized a dance style of the same name.
He started his music career in 2012 but rose to mainstream success after signing a record deal with YBNL Nation, a record label owned by popular Nigerian rapper Olamide. Lil Kesh released several successful songs under the label, including “Efejoku,” “Gbese,” and “Is It Because I Love You.”
